ASSOCIATE SUPERVISOR PROGRAM
The Harford Soil Conservation District Board of Supervisors encourages qualifying Harford County residents (e.g., ag related business or interest and/or experience with agriculture and/or pertinent environmental/natural sciences, etc.) to serve as “Associate Supervisors” on the board. Associates are non-voting, volunteer members of the district board of supervisors. Associates attend regularly scheduled board meetings, which are scheduled every second Wednesday of the month. Associates assist the district by contributing their time, knowledge, and experience to guide the board with developing and implementing the district’s soil conservation and water quality policies, programs, and initiatives. Currently, the board has five (5) active associates on the board.
